Created by Mark and Tracy Jarvis, Called Leader is designed to help people grow in their faith, discover practical steps for personal breakthrough, and step into the leadership God has placed inside of them.
This is not about titles, positions, or having all the answers.
It is about creating a simple, encouraging space where people can grow, be strengthened, and learn how to lead with faith, purpose, and humility.

What Is Called Leader?
Called Leader is a free, 6-week biblical leadership program built around small groups of 3ā€“8 people.
Each group meets once a week to walk through a simple, practical curriculum focused on faith, growth, breakthrough, and leadership.
The program is ministry-focused, but broad and approachable. You do not need to come from a specific church background. You do not need to be a Bible expert. And you do not need to feel fully qualified before you begin.
Called Leader exists to help everyday people take the next step in becoming who God has called them to be.

Called Leader is looking for people who are willing to lead small groups of 3ā€“8 people.
You do not need advanced Bible knowledge orĀ formal ministry experience.
You simply need a willing heart, a desire to help others, and the courage to take the first step.
Mark and Tracy will provide the curriculum, outline, and training you need. Your role is to gather people, follow the guide, and help create a space where people can grow.
